Warranty
All document scanners are covered by a manufacturers 12 month warranty.
Scanner warranties vary from make to make, from a return to base warranty, to a full on site warranty. Extended warranty can be purchased for each additional scanner applies for each scanner and is highly recommended. Parts and labour on the higher priced models can be expensive - so protect your investment.
It is recommended that you register your document scanner with the manufacturer.
Delivery and Shipping
We only deliver scanners within Australia to a physical location. We do not deliver to a PO BOX or internationally. We can arrange pick ups for scanners, by prior arrangement, and we will ask for valid Identification on pickup.
All orders are shipped by courier and and must be signed for. Shipping charges will vary depending on scanner size and location. A delivery charge will be confirmed at the time of placing your order.
Returns Policy
We will only accept returns if the goods are unopened and unused. If the goods have been opened, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of min 10% of the value of the order.
We are willing to exchange goods to a higher model.
We don't accept a change of mind return, so please order wisely. We offer a service to support you choosing the right scanner determined by your budget and your use.
Goods are returned at the customers expense.
Refunds will be issued by either cheque or direct credit, within 7 days after approval.
