Yes, we can invoice you and you can pay conveniently by EFT or credit
card. Payment by EFT will also save you credit card fees.
If I pay by credit card what are the fees?
Our fees are as follows:
Visa and MasterCard will incurr a 2.2% fee
Amex will incurr a 4.4% fee
We don't accept Diner Club Cards
How long will delivery of my document scanner take?
In most cases it will take 48-72 hours to deliver your new scanner to your door. If we expect to exceed this timeframe we will notify you ASAP.
Do you have a showroom where I can visit?
No, we are purely an online scanner shop and we don't have a showroom. We do, however, set up demo's for our larger scanner range, by arrangement with our distributors. This is done on a case by case basis - please contact us if you wish to arrange a demo.
Can you help me install my document scanner and train me if required?
Yes, our installation and training charge is $195.00 plus GST per hour, min one hour.
Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?
